I had the privilege of trying out the Imagine AI2 (All-in-Two) Diaper shell and Diaper Inserts. When I first got the diaper, I was pleasantly surprised at how bright and fun the color was! I received the marigold color, which is a very vibrant yellow.

The Imagine AI2 shell has a three-step rise that enables the diaper to grow with your baby. The first row of snaps is small for babies 8-15 pounds, medium-15-23 pounds, and large-23-35 pounds. The shell is made with a waterproof PUL that can be wiped down between changes. The shell also contains double gussets on the legs, which I love! The double gussets help contain any messes and provides extra protection against leaks!

The Imagine Diaper Inserts are made of 4 layers of absorbent microfiber with a top layer of soft, comfy fleece. The inserts come in two sizes. Size one is for birth to 15 pounds and size two is for 16-35 pounds. I chose a size two for my chunky monkey. The inserts snap in easily and laid flush in the shell at a medium setting.

Each end has a flap of PUL that covers the top of the insert. I like this extra protection in helping keep baby dry. My little one loves to sleep on his tummy and some diapers without this feature will leave him damp around the rise. We did not have this problem with the Imagine AI2 during nap time, and I found the insert to be super absorbent.

I am not a huge fan of hook and loop closures, but the Velcro seems very sturdy and of high quality. I do have to say that I felt the Velcro on the closure seemed a little small. It does have large laundry tabs on the inside of the shell for easy washing.

Overall, I was presently surprised with the quality of this diaper for the price. I loved the colors and the fit was great. I have not used this diaper for overnights yet, but it did a great job keeping my little one dry during nap time.
