Wordless Wednesday: Brotherly Love

There is a five year age difference between my boys. It was not what I initially wanted, but it is what it is.   I was very nervous because B was by himself for five years. He had everyones attention–all the time!   He understood that there was a baby coming but I felt that it could go either way.  Things were either going to be good or worse case scenario, he would resent his brother.

From day one, B has been nothing but an amazing big brother. He loves everything about Harrison and is always there to help or comfort him.  It goes the same for Harrison.  He loves every second of his big brother.  If he is inconsolable all he needs is to see B and he automatically smiles.

Harrison has been going through a rough patch with sleeping.  He was especially cranky the other night.  B woke up and came into my room and laid with us, held Harrison’s hand and sang him some songs.  This is what happened literally five minutes later. <3
